With a desire to welcome, nurture and connect people through food and hospitality, Alium provides a creative and delicious menu that is housed within one of Bendigo’s most notable historic restaurant addresses, at View Point Bendigo and overlooking the Alexandra Fountain and Rosalind Park.

The Alium Dining team are keen to push flavour boundaries and inspire new thinking, creating a hub of learning, sharing and delicious new ideas.
